Toddler Program

20 Months - 3 Years

Supporting Independence & Growth

Our toddler program creates a supportive environment where young children develop crucial life skills and build the foundations for future learning. We focus on nurturing each child's growing independence while providing the guidance and support they need to thrive.

Building Essential Life Skills

Self-Help Skills

We encourage toddlers to develop independence through daily activities:

- Practice using utensils during mealtimes

- Learning to wash hands independently

- Putting on and removing simple clothing items

- Helping with cleanup after activities

- Storing personal belongings in designated spaces

Social Development

Our program supports healthy social growth by:

- Teaching gentle ways to interact with peers

- Providing opportunities for cooperative play

- Modeling appropriate social language

- Supporting turn-taking and sharing

- Helping children recognize and respect personal space

Language & Communication

We foster strong communication skills through the following:

- Modeling clear language for expressing needs and feelings

- Teaching words for problem-solving with peers

- Encouraging verbal expression during conflicts

- Supporting conversations between children and adults

- Building vocabulary through daily activities and play

Toilet Learning Support

When children show signs of readiness for toilet learning, we:

- Partner with families to create consistent routines

- Support children's growing independence

- Maintain a positive, pressure-free approach

- Celebrate successes while normalizing accidents

- Provide regular opportunities for bathroom visits

Preparation for Future Education

Our program helps build skills needed for preschool, TK, and kindergarten:

- Following simple directions and classroom routines

- Participating in group activities

- Developing listening skills during story time

- Building attention span through engaging activities

- Practicing basic concepts through play

Through this comprehensive approach, we help toddlers develop the confidence, skills, and independence they need for success in their next educational setting while honoring each child's individual development journey.
